It seems like we've been waiting forever to restock our most popular color of Topaz- Top color London Blue!⠀

Why is this so hard to source? One reason is the time involved in achieving this particular blue⠀

Just like Sky Blue and Electric Blue Topaz, London Blue is irradiated to achieve its color.⠀
⠀
However, while Sky Blue takes about 3 months of treatment to achieve its color and Electric Blue around 6 months, London Blue has to bake for up to a year before becoming this color- and most people don't want to invest the time or money waiting for something that takes so long.⠀

Sky Blue can be treated in Thailand, but to my knowledge, only Germany has the capacity to treat Electric and London. It's a very regulated process and the labs are not allowed to release the material before it is 100% safe.⠀
