They are made in Mogok, Myanmar, one flashlight at a time, by a small family-owned business.

The flashlight has a powerful yellow LED that concentrates the light, filtering it through magnified glass into a fine tip that allows for spotting even the tiniest of inclusions in rough or finished gems.
