Ideal for new thru advanced faceters. Often, new facters are reluctant to cut rough with cleavage because if it's not oriented correctly it can be a real nightmare.  These are great because they're already oriented and preformed.  Another advantage is that preforms have high yields. ⁠Just waiting for the facets to be laid down!
