Collection: Mahenge Garnets
Come, join the hunt as we climb the mountain to Mahenge, Tanzania. Not an easy place to access but it's such a beautiful location and since it's in the mountain, not too hot This deposit is all but depleted. I've not been able to buy any for several months and have seen virtually no rough for sale. What little that I've been offered is from people in Africa who have been holding stones, as a sort of bank account, but the prices were incredibly high. In short, these can not be replaced.
